Does Brokervio work in my state?
Brokervio was built in New York and is expanding state by state. You can upload any state's MLS or association form today to fill, edit, and sign it — so you're not limited while we add native templates for more states.
Do my clients need a Brokervio account?
No. Your client gets a secure link, reviews the document, and signs in one tap — no account, no app, nothing to download.
Are the e-signatures secure?
Yes. Documents are sent over an encrypted connection, and every signed file includes a certificate of completion with a full audit trail (who signed, when, and from where).
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing charges during your 14-day trial, and no credit card is required to start. When it ends, you simply pick a plan to keep going — or you can walk away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in Settings — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is my data private?
