Your data belongs to you
Your offers, invoices, documents, and client details are yours. We store them so you can use the app — we don't own them, and we don't monetize them.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection uses TLS encryption, and your data is encrypted at rest on secure cloud infrastructure. Nothing travels or sits in the open.
Other agents & brokerages can't see your work
Access is enforced at the database level. A competing agent or an unrelated brokerage has no way to view your transactions — period. If you're on a team, only your own broker can see your team's work, and no one else's.
We don't browse your transactions
Brokervio staff cannot casually view customer offers, invoices, or documents. Support access happens only with your explicit permission, or when strictly required by law — and it's limited and logged.
Delete your data anytime
You can permanently delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time, no questions asked. Want a copy first? Just ask us.
No selling, no sharing
We never sell your data, and we never share your transactions with other agents, brokerages, or advertisers.
Privacy FAQ
Can anyone see my offers?
No. Only you can see your offers by default. Access is enforced by the database itself — there is no way for another agent or brokerage to reach your data.
Can my broker see my transactions?
Only if you join a team. Then the broker/admin of that team can oversee that team's offers, invoices, and documents — that's the point of a team. If you're an independent agent with no team, no one but you can see your work.
Can Brokervio employees access my files?
Not casually. Our internal tools only show aggregate counts and basic account info (name, email, plan) — never the contents of your offers or documents. Any support access to your actual files requires your explicit permission or a lawful request, and is logged.
How is my information protected?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure, and isolated per account with database-level row security so accounts can't read each other's data.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account and its data are permanently removed. You can do this yourself from Settings at any time.
